| Q-SITE is a team of parents, teachers, and administrators who work together to improve the educational environment in our school. We plan, execute, review, and continue initiatives that are meant to create a positive learning environment for our students. ATTENTION PARENTS: If you would like to become more involved in your child’s education while making Ebner Elementary even better for everyone, we are looking for you! We would appreciate you serving a 3 year term, but we would understand if you could only serve 1 or 2 years. Any help is appreciated! Meetings are once a month, occurring on Tuesdays at 7:45 a.m. CURRENT INITIATIVES: 1) Discipline with Purpose - schoolwide discipline education centering around 12 key skills necessary to become a good student, positive role model, and contributor to our community. 2) Attendance - Weekly winners announced by the principal to acknowledge classroom attendance. Attendance has improved since last year when this initiative began. 3) Assemblies and Parent-Involvement Nights - We collaborate with Student Council, Parent-Involvement committees, and School Improvement committees to bring assemblies and educational evenings to the school.
