The guidance program at Ebner Elementary is run by school counselor.
Three main components make up a comprehensive guidance program: Classroom guidance, small groups, and individual counseling. The counselor will schedule monthly lessons with classes in kindergarten through fifth grade, and plan special speakers for sixth grade. Small groups consist of children with similar needs who would benefit from being in a group setting. Individual counseling can be initiated by student, teacher, or even parent referral.
