Welcome to 2nd Grade!

I am Mrs. Bartley.  I graduated from Altoona High in 1987.  I then earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 1992 from The Pennsylvania State University.  I have been a teacher for over 20 years.  This is my 18th year at Ebner.  I am very excited to be working with your child this year!  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
