Dress Guidelines

In order to create a more positive and respectful learning environment at Ebner Elementary School, the following Dress Guidelines for students have been developed:

1. Hair – must be clean, neat and cared for. Color and style must not create a distraction to student learning as determined by the principal. 

2. Clothing – halters, tank, muscle and midriff shirts may not be warn in school.  No clothing with patches or printed phrases depicting vulgarity may be worn in school.

3. No flip-flops, clogs, sandals or shoes with wheels will be worn to school for safety reasons. The wearing of socks is highly recommended for health and safety reasons.

4. Excessive make-up is discouraged as it may create a distraction to student learning.
